Hande Erol graduated from the Department of Statistics at Istanbul Commerce University and double majored in Industrial Engineering. She completed her master's program in occupational safety at Marmara University and received a TUBITAK scholarship for her doctoral thesis. She holds certificates in train-the-trainer, leadership, total quality management, ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, and certifications for personal development. She had the opportunity to work in the private sector in various fields and continued her academic career as a lecturer. As a professional who develops quality management systems and continues her expertise with her experiences, she brings you the Total Quality Management course at IIENSTITU.

Having graduated from İstanbul Ticaret University, Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Department of Statistics, Hande Erol also graduated from the Faculty of Engineering and Design, Department of Industrial Engineering (Double Major) in 2007 with a full scholarship and with the first place in the school.
